Vacation in Florida with grandparents, Feb. 2010

A festive Superbowl brunch at the C. Club. Packers x Steelers. Feb. 2011. I ended up having lots of smoked salmon and a big spinach salad with fresh berries, nuts and Gorgonzola cheese.

Another light lunch I made myself at the condo. I decided according to what was in the fridge. I ended up being a combination of Iceberg lettuce, red seedless grapes, tomatoes, peanuts, Swiss chees, raisins, blueberries, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a touch of Blue cheese dressing and touch of Dijon mustard. Quite good, in fact.

This was a delicious Snapper, the local fish, locally caught that I picked for dinner at Royal Ptsna. The fish itself was very soft and juicy. It was served with a delicate almond and herb crust and a butter sauce. It was so flavorful I could discard the side starch of potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Mine was a large mocha with extra chocolate powder and cinnamon on top. Naples, Fl. Feb 2011

At The book store with mom. Good coffee and books, what else does one need? Naples, Fl. Feb 2011

It is orange season in Florida, just a shot from Florida Whole Foods Feb 2011. I love oranges!
