This was a nice lean piece of Roasted Chicken Breast that accompanied it our potatoes.
This was a delicious Scalloped Potatoes dish we made by boiling Russet Potatoes in tempered cold water and seasoning with sauteed heavy cream, milk and garlic. We finished it by baking it a bit on the oven. The dry heat method created a nice flavorful crust that contrasted the creaminess and starchy feeling in the middle.
