The local fish in Minneapolis is the Waylay. How about having a fillet for breakfast with a side of fresh fruits? I like the setting of the plate. The fish would have been better if it was only Mahogany color in the grill and not black burned. The burnt flavor kind of interfered in the fish's natural flavor. That was a shame. June 2011.

After eating a lot of restaurant food, you just feel like having some fresh fruits and veggies, even if it is on the road. Whole Food's always has a good selections of fresh fruits, veggies, legumes and starches. This was my plate: Selection of mixed dark greens, raw mushrooms, black berries, blue cheese, goat cheese, tofu cubes, walnuts, almonds, strawberries, extra virgin olive oil and a bit of Dijon mustard to add roundness. Another great dish from the Duchambe Tea House: Grilled Salmon with a sweetened sauce with veggies. The other entree was lamb burgers in tortilla breads with veggies and soft cheese. Both were very tasty. June 2011.

At Wayzata Ct. Club had and amazing Wild Alascan fresh piece of Salmon with fresh berries, a berry yogurt sauce and buttered zucchini and squash as vegetables. June 2011. MN.
