The Sticky Bun Experience. Sept. 2011

This was how the Cinnamon Roll turned out after it was baked. Inside it was white, fluffy and tender.

With the left over Brioche dough we made Cinnamon and Raisin Rolls in a bread form.

I never thought a Sticky Bun could be so tasty and delicious. On this one we made a brown sugar, honey and butter mix, put it on the bottom of the baking ban and topped with lots of fresh organic Pecan nuts. After that we rolled out the Cinnamon, Brown Sugar rolls in Brioche dough and topped it this mix for baking. As it baked it became glazed and toasted in this mix that now turned into a caramel liquid.
