We also visited the Grand Hyatt Hotel and they had a pretty cool kitchen going on there. At this moment they were making Corn Tortillas. What I would have done different is kept the Tortillas after frying in some container that was not transparent. That way all the grease that dripped from them would not be showing in the container. It would look more appetizing.

On My second week in Boulder, I went down to Denver to get to know the city. Part of our visit was the Brown Palace Hotel. It is a beautiful old hotel where wealthy people first settled in Denver. The architecture is amazing and this day they were serving afternoon tea. I loved the way the food was exposed in each table.
