On a trail around Nederland I ran into this big mushroom. I don't believe it's edible, but it sure is pretty. I must learn all about the different families and species of mushrooms so that I can pick fresh mushrooms for my table.
I like this decoration in the restaurant we ate at. It's simple but delicate. The white wild flowers give the brick wall a nice touch and brings charm to the restaurant.
We went for dinner at Salt and I ordered a hamburger with side of salad and fries. The burger was very tasty, and the meat consistency was perfect: grilled with peaces of mahogany brown crunches on the outside and lightly pink on the inside. I like my burgers medium well. The fries were good, but they were served with a side of spicy and very salty ketchup. That kind of masked the taste of the fries and I felt interfered on the taste of the burger. For that reason, I asked for a plain ketchup, and used in the burger as well. I like my food seasoned, not sea water salty nor too hot.
After walking under hot sun on the streets of Boulder, we stopped at a nice coffee shop. I ordered a Mocha Frapuccino with real whipped cream on top and I added some extra cocoa powder and powdered cinnamon on top. It was quite delicious.
